Located on the coastal route from Kirkcudbright this is the place Mary Queen of Scots spent her last night on Scottish soil.

Galloway Hydros

Tongland Power Station was built in the 1930’s and provides a guided tour of the site. you can also view the dam, reservoir and fish ladder.
